  • Jane is so lovely, helpful, and is very knowledgeable in what she does. I asked for help as I can't be calm around food due to food cravings. I used to feel hungry nearly all the time, even after having a meal. Sometimes it was a real hunger, but it was mostly cravings. It's been only a week since I started Jane's program, but I'm already seeing a lot of difference! I couldn't believe how what you eat can reduce food cravings. I love cream cakes and biscuits, so I used to have sweet things several times a day, but I haven't had any of those for a week and I feel quite calm about it. Jane made me feel comfortable by saying I don't have to give up my cakes, which I wasn't expecting her to say! I now feel that I can enjoy cakes as treats when I want to, rather than feeling I need to have more of it. I feel quite confident that I can carry on with this diet. I had forgotten how good smoothies and brown variety of foods were! I can't thank her enough for improving my diet whilst still enjoying food. Thank you!
