Yes, you can transfer to the six month programme, with the amount paid deducted from the new amount.

The DNA test included is a DNA LIfe Core test (Health, Diet and Sport). This test covers the genes influencing three key areas of overall wellbeing, with relevant and actionable genes identified, to influence health improvements.

Heart rate variability is detected in measurements of milliseconds. These tiny fluctuations in the interval between heart beats are an indicator of a person’s adaptability. A high variability is normally a sign that a person can adapt to many changes, an indicator of managing stress responses well.

Once your device is paired with the app you’ve installed, the device is ready to go. The data from your measurements is regularly updated in the app with helpful notes to interpret your results.
